Returns & Exchange Policy

At Le Shop - Concept Store Southampton, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer returns or exchanges* on eligible items. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.


RETURNS

Returns must be initiated and postmarked within fourteen (14) days of your purchase date. We allow one (1) exchange per order. Returned items must arrive in brand-new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.

HOW TO RETURN

To begin a return, email us at  info@le-shop.us within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief explanation of your return. If the item is damaged or defective, we kindly ask for photo documentation to assist you.

When returning an item, make sure it is securely packed in its original packaging along with your order details. Ship the package to:

Please note that the return shipping cost and any additional handling fees will be deducted from your refund or applied to your exchange.


REFUNDS

Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly. Please allow up to fourteen (14) days for processing. You’ll be notified by email once the return is complete.


DAMAGES OR DEFECTS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with us right away so we can resolve the issue. Contact us at info@le-shop.us or the phone number below to arrange for a replacement or refund.


IN-STORE PURCHASES

Items purchased in-store are eligible for store credit only. Because you’re able to see and feel our products in person, we do not offer refunds for in-store purchases.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once they’re delivered, but we understand how frustrating this can be.


*PLEASE NOTE:

  • Sale items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Any return requests beyond the 14-day window cannot be accommodated.
